The short version
This website does not have forms or accounts. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We learn who you are only when you call or email Max, and we use that to answer you and, if you choose to apply, to work on your loan.
Information you give us
If you call (970) 369-9191 or write to max@taytoncapitalllc.com, we receive what you tell us: your name, your contact details and the details of what you want to do. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers or tax documents by regular email. Max will give you a secure way to send documents when they are needed.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the server that delivers this site records basic technical data for each visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. The loan finder and the calculators run in your browser, and the answers and numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored.
Visit statistics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what kind of device they use, and whether they tap the phone number or the email address. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends this usage data to Google, which processes it for us. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not use it for advertising.
The first time you visit, a notice lets you accept or decline these cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics is turned off for your browser on this site. You can also block these cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way. Google describes how it handles this data in its own policy.
If you apply for a loan
Loan applications are taken and processed by Tayton Capital, LLC (NMLS #2106875). The personal and financial information in an application is handled under Tayton Capital’s privacy notice and the federal rules for financial institutions, which you receive when you apply.
How we use and share information
We use what you tell us to respond to you and to provide mortgage services. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to work on your loan, such as lenders, credit bureaus, appraisers and title companies, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to stop contacting you. Call or email Max to make a request.
Changes to this policy
If the site adds new features, such as a contact form, this page will be updated before they go live, and the date above will change.
